Layout Submission

If you wish to submit, please read the following and understand the rules stated here.
Once you submit, the form will turn blank.

Rules:
1. Please make sure the name of your file contains no spaces!
2. Layouts being submitted must be created by you!
3. No inappropriate material or language should be on submitted layouts.
4. Give appropriate credits where needed.
5. Please have all the layout files in a .zip file.
6. The main layout image cannot exceed 150KB. If by any chance it does, please image slice your layout image.
